Service Description
Get ready to light up the night with our UV Glow Parties! Whether you’re hosting a birthday bash, corporate event, or just a fun night out, our UV Glow party service takes your celebration to the next level. We specialize in creating immersive neon experiences that will leave your guests in awe. What We Offer: Glow Paint: Provide your guests with glow-in-the-dark face and/or body paint to up the fun. Our team ensures everyone is glowing with excitement! ADDITIONAL INFO: Have more than 40 kids attending your event . Please contact us for corporate rates. Travel Fees Apply and will be added on invoice with remaining balance. ($25-$35+) Last Minute Bookings Fee: Bookings made 3 days or less prior to party will be charged a last minute booking fee of $25 Rate not Valid During Holidays (Please reach out to us for Holiday rates)
Cancellation Policy
Travel Fees: A Travel fee may be charged per artist. The client is responsible for any additional fees, such as tolls, parking, or park/facility entry fees. Retainer/Booking Fee: To secure a party/event booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required, which will be applied towards the remaining balance. The remaining balance, including any traveling fees and additional services, must be paid 24 hours before the event date. Payments can be made online, and checks are not accepted unless previously arranged. No services will be performed until the balance is paid. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that if you need to reschedule a booked artist, there is no guaranteed accommodation, and a non-refundable retainer fee will be held and used towards the rescheduled date minus a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee per artist booked. clients have until the end of the current year to reschedule for a date within that year. If the client cancels within 7 days or fails to reschedule, the entire retainer will be lost.
