Service Description
Enjoy a magical 20-minute holiday character visit! Perfect for surprise appearances, family photos, hugs, high-fives, and personal interactions. This is a casual, unstructured meet & greet with no organized games or guided activities. ( please note Character is NON- VERBAL) (Submit your request here if you’d like to request a home visit . Please allow up to 24 hours from someone from our team to reach out to you regarding your request. )
Cancellation Policy
Travel Fees: A Travel fee may be charged per artist. The client is responsible for any additional fees, such as tolls, parking, or park/facility entry fees. Retainer/Booking Fee: For pop up character visits payment in full is due at booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that if you need to reschedule a booked character, there is no guaranteed accommodation, Payment will be held and used towards the rescheduled date minus a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee per character booked. Clients have until the end of the current month to reschedule for a date within that same month. If the client cancels within 7 days or fails to reschedule, the entire payment will be lost.
