Service Description
Bring holiday magic to life with a fun-filled 20-minute interactive character experience! Enjoy a special character entrance, dance party, hide-and-seek, photo opportunities, and festive goodbyes! A dedicated entertainer accompanies our nonverbal character to guide activities, engage guests, and keep the fun going. Includes: Character appearance, dedicated entertainer, guided activities, and photo opportunities. All activities are included within the 20-minute visit. Cancellation Policy
Travel Fees: A Travel fee may be charged per artist. The client is responsible for any additional fees, such as tolls, parking, or park/facility entry fees. Retainer/Booking Fee: For pop up character visits payment in full is due at booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that if you need to reschedule a booked character, there is no guaranteed accommodation, Payment will be held and used towards the rescheduled date minus a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee per character booked. Clients have until the end of the current month to reschedule for a date within that same month. If the client cancels within 7 days or fails to reschedule, the entire payment will be lost.
