Service Description

Get ready to crank up the fun for this Holiday season with the fam and besties because our most popular character is back! Say Hello to Da Grouch! What to expect: Welcome Greetings- Have your cameras ready to capture your kid(s) reactions as Grouch sneaks into your home. Dance Performance- Enjoy dance performance followed by a "Dance Party" to any song of your kids choice. Kids will have a blast dancing! Pictures- Fun photo op for entire family. We recommend to already have a specific place in mind ready to take photos. Game- Sneaky Sneaky Grouch! Hide and seek is his favorite. Where will he hide? Goodbyes- Kids get to say their goodbyes and say what their favorite part of the experience was. (Submit your request here if you’d like to request a home visit . Please allow up to 24 hours from someone from our team to reach out to you regarding your request.)

Cancellation Policy

Travel Fees: A Travel fee may be charged per artist. The client is responsible for any additional fees, such as tolls, parking, or park/facility entry fees. Retainer/Booking Fee: For pop up character visits payment in full is due at booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that if you need to reschedule a booked character, there is no guaranteed accommodation, Payment will be held and used towards the rescheduled date minus a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee per character booked. Clients have until the end of the current month to reschedule for a date within that same month. If the client cancels within 7 days or fails to reschedule, the entire payment will be lost.
